1. The Task Is To Deliver The School Bus For The Needs Of The Students To Transport To The School Run By The Brok Commune. Bus For Min. 34 Seating Places + Driver, Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 7 To This Swz. 2. The School Bus Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production Of Chassis 2024 Or 2025) Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Legal Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland Specified For Vehicles Intended For The Transport Of Persons And Moving On Public Roads, In Particular They Should Meet The Technical Conditions Arising From Art. 2 Point 41A, And Art. 57 Para. 1 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 31 December 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) And Other Executive Acts, As Well The Vehicle Issued In Accordance With The Act Of 14 April 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023 On Vehicle Type Approval (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1651). 3. The School Bus Must Have All The Approved Movements Required For Traffic In The Republic Of Poland And The European Union For A Minimum Of 34 People + Driver, As Well As Approval Certificates. Instead Of Providing The Bus Approval Certificate, The Employer Allows The Delivery Of An Equivalent Document, Provided That This Document Will Replace The Approval Certificate And Confirmed The Fulfillment Of The Relevant Requirements And Technical Conditions For The Offered Vehicle. 4. The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Legal Provisions In Force In The Area Of The Republic Of Poland In Terms Of Admission. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With The Contracting Authority With The Necessary Documents Allowing The Vehicle To Traffic In Poland And Enabling Its Registration And Operation: 1) Warranty Book, 2) Service Inspection Book, 3) User Manual In Polish, 4) Two Sets Of Keys, 5) Document Confirming The Meeting Of The Emissions, 6) Service Services (Contractor Authorized Service Located At A Distance Of Not More Than 200 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party) And Other Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle.
