General Requirements For The Vehicle: New Factory Tractor, Complete, Ready For Use, Year Of Production Min. 2023, Vehicle Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects. Minimal Tractor Parameters Required By The Contracting Authority Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz - Material Form. 3. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Conditions Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). 2) The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Provisions With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Dz. U. Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). 3) The Vehicle Must Have Current Approval Allowing For Allowing Public Roads To Move In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In This Respect.
