The Estimated Amount Of Purchase Of Fuels During The Contract Is: A. Diesel - 95,000 Liters, B. Nlevolatical Gasoline 95 - 2,000 Liters, C. Adblue Fluid - 1,000 Liters. 2. Planned Amounts Of Purchase Are Estimated Only For Comparison Of Offers And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Contracting Authority To Use Them During The Contract And May Not Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Employer At The Same Time Indicates The Minimum Size Of The Scope Of The Order As 50%, During The 12-Month Order Processing. 3. The Employer Allows The Purchase Of Fuel And Adblue Fluid In A Non -Cash Form Using Fuel Cards. The Cards Will Be Issued By The Contractor Without Additional Costs By The Ordering Party. For Enabling The Employer To Make A Purchase Using Fuel Cards, The Contractor Will Receive Additional Points, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xviii Of This Swz.4. The Supplied Fuel Should Meet The Requirements Of Legal Standards And Provisions, In Particular: A. Pn-En 590: 2005 (U), B. Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended). 5. The Supplied Adblue Fluid Must Meet Quality Standards In Accordance With Iso 22241-1, Iso 22241-2, Iso 22241-3, Iso 22241-4 Standards. In The Event Of A Change In The Above Standards During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Offered Adblee Fluid Must Be Consistent With The Changed Standards. 6. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Joining The Relevant Contract (After Selecting The Best Offer) Of The Attachment In The Form Of General Conditions Of Sale And Use Of The Contractors Fuel Cards In Relation To The Issues Not Covered By The Contract. 7.
