Request for proposals for Consultancy Joint Resource Mobilization Action Plan for the Global Oxygen Alliance (GOAL) Qualifications An experienced consultant is required to draft and support the formulation of the RM Action Plan. Members will be requested to contribute their knowledge and expertise to ensure co-creation and joint ownership of the RM Action Plan. Pre-requisites for the consultant should include: - Extensive expertise (over 10 years) in International Development financing, preferably for health/oxygen. - Experience in successfully raising funds and must have an extensive donor network. - Excellent writing, strategic analysis, and coordination skills.
