The Rt 10-11284 Card Is A Finnish Construction Card Associated With Certificates And Permits For Construction Professionals. This Card Is Part Of The Safety And Competence Requirements Of Construction Work And Is Used To Prove A Persons Qualifications In Certain Construction Tasks. The Card Usually Contains Personal Information, Qualifications And Any Special Permits Or Certificates.
