The Premises Of The Two Elements Of The Real Estate Complex Are Currently Used By 17 Independent Leases. The Swiss Center Of Milan In Italy Is Considered A Permanent Organization Of The Swiss Confederation Which Carries Out A Commercial Activity In Relation To The Management Of The Real Estate Complex. The Exercise Of The Csm As A Permanent Organization Of The Swiss Confederation Is Ensured By A Number Of Employees Directly Hired. The Latter Carry Out Maintenance And Technical Control Tasks, Concierge And Custodian Service, As Well As General Safety Control. The Activities Carried Out In The Csm Are Qualified As Commercial.
