Coal Gas, Main Gas Or Similar Gases - Container -Based Pilot Biogas Plant. The Aachen University Of Applied Sciences Intends To Procure A Container-Based Pilot Biogas Plant With Gas Detachment. The Components Of The Entire System Are Shown In Fig. 1. The Biogas Plant, Which Must Be Interpreted As A Continuous Anaerober Stirring Boiler Reactor (Cstr), Is Said To Have A Reactor Volume Of 135 - 150 L. The Resulting Gas, Which Is Expected To Have A Gas Production Rate Of 50-150 L Biogas/D, Must Be Cleaned, Quantified And Recorded With Regard To The Gas Composition. The Gas Is To Be Saved In A Gas Pressure Vessel So That It Can Later Fill It Into Gas Bottles With A Compressor. The Entire System Is Said To Be Realized In A 20 Foot Container. The System Should Be Installed Ready For Operation, Including Control, Work Planning, Delivery, Documentation, Commissioning And Training. The Project Is Accompanied By An Expert Commissioned By The Fh And Must Be Released Before Acceptance. The Container -Based Pilot Plant Must Have Been Delivered Ready For Operation By 28.02.2026, Including Commissioning, Acceptance, Instruction And Training Of The Operator Staff.
