Tenders are invited for Small Class (W4) Contractors for the Work Labour Contract of Plan Works, 2025 under Chukha & Samtse, Paro & Chukha, Dagana, Mongar, Wangdue and Zhemgang Dzongkhags, as defined in the bidding document. Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Small Class (W4) Contractors for the work Labour Contract of PLAN WORKS, 2025 under Chukha & Samtse, Paro & Chukha, Dagana, Mongar, Wangdue and Zhemgang Dzongkhags, as defined in the bidding document. The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening. Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on July 03, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
