Tenders are invited for Construction of G+2 (Class-III) 4 Nos. Staff Quarters at Samtse. Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Large Class (W3) Contractors for the Construction of G+2 (class-III) 4 Nos. staff quarters at Samtse, as defined in the bidding document. The scope of works, in brief, includes: 1. Construction of G+2 (class-III) staff quarter at ESD, Samtse. Associated civil works of the building. Electrification work for the building. Periphery Boundary wall. 2. Construction of G+2 (Class-III) 3 Nos. staff quarters at Dhamdum, Samtse. Associated civil works of the building. Electrification work for the building. 3. Construction of PCC approach road for 33/11kV substation at Yoeseltse. The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening. Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on July 03, 2025, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.
