The City Of Calgary On Behalf Of The Calgary Police Commission (Cpc) Is Seeking A Qualified Consulting Team To Undertake An Assessment To Identify Systemic Cultural And Behavioural Factors That Are Affecting The Provision Of A Respectful, Inclusive, And Safe Workplace Within The Calgary Police Service (Cps).The City Anticipates The Following Phases:Phase 1 – Assessment Governance And Planning;Phase 2 – Information Discovery And Establishing; Management Systems;Phase 3 – Engagement And Research; Andphase 4 – Information Sharing.Given The Organizational And Operating Contexts, And Subject Matter Involved In This Assessment, Particular Consideration And Care Will Need To Be Exercised With Respect To:A.Communication Management; And B.Data Management.It Is The City’S Expectation That The Cpc’S Assessment Will Be Completed Within Nine (9) Months Upon Contract Award.
