Proposers Submitting A Proposal In Category 1 As Defined Herein Will Be Submitting In The Broad Category That Includes All Types Of Engines, Fuel, And Propulsion Systems. For Example, If A Proposer Offers Vehicle Solutions With Internal Combustions Engines (Ice) As Well As Vehicles With Electric Propulsion Systems The Proposer Should Designate It Is Seeking An Award In Category 1 Only. Proposers Seeking An Award In Category 2, As Defined Herein, Must Include At Least One Solution Offered Within The Scope Of Category 2 For Electric Propulsion Systems Only. Sourcewell And Supplier May Agree To Up To Three Additional One-Year Extensions Based On The Best Interests Of Sourcewell And Its Participating Entities. Sourcewell Retains The Right To Consider Additional Extensions Beyond Seven Years As Required Under Exceptional Circumstances.3.
