The Norwegian Film Institute Invites To Tender Competition For Consultancy For Organizational Development. The Assistance Will Support The Organizations Work On Developing And Strengthening Internal Competence And Efficiency, Structures, Work Processes And Culture. The Assistance Will Contribute To Goal Achievement On Nfis Business Strategy For The Period 2026-2030, Which Will Be Completed In The Autumn Of 2025. A Central Area For Assistance During The Contract Period Is The Implementation Of Nfis Digitization Project 2025–2027. The Digitization Project Aims To Improve User Experience, Strengthen Case Management And Streamline Support Processes Through New Technological Solutions, Including The Implementation Of Artificial Intelligence. A Complete Description Of The Assignment Follows From The Competition Part Ii, Appendix 1, The Clients Requirement Specification. The Digitization Project Will Be Financed With The Support Of The State Co -Financing Scheme Managed By The Digitization Directorate (Digdir). The Announcement And Implementation Of The Competition Is Made Subject To Final Decisions On Funding From Digdir. The Client Informs Via Kgv As Soon As The Final Commitment Is Available. The Client Wants To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier. The Contract Is Regulated By The Contract Terms In Part Ii Competition, Framework Agreement. The Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 2 Years From Contract Signing. The Client Has An Option To Extend The Agreement For A Further 1+1 Year. The Maximum Duration Of The Agreement Is 4 Years. The Project Starts Immediately After Signing Contract. The Acquisition Has An Estimated Value Of Nok 8-12 Mnok Excl. Vat. For The Entire Contract Period, Including The Redemption Of The Option.
