Contractual Clauses And Conditions: Remuneration: The Cash Consideration Will Be Defined According To The Salary Floor Stipulated In The Collective Agreement Of The Professional Category. In The Event Of No Convention Or Applicable Collective Agreement, The Minimum Wage In Force In The State Of São Paulo Will Be Adopted As A Parameter. Unable Action: In Accordance With The Clt, The Unhealthy Work Premium Will Be Granted, According To The Degree Established In An Expert Report Issued By A Qualified Professional.
