Tenders are invited for Planning and Monitoring Experts REFORM is seeking to contract with (2) experts to work closely with REFORMs team to: 1.Develop its Strategic Plan for 2026 2030. 2. Implement annual strategic review workshops for 4 years. 3. Implement (3) Reflection on Changes (ROC) sessions per year for each project. One of the experts will work on developing the strategy and implementing the annual review workshops, while the other expert will implement the ROC sessions for REFORMs projects.
