Tenders are invited for Supply & Commissioning of One Hundred (100) New Flat Wagons (with Collapsible Saddles or Equivalent) and Training of Maintenance Personnel The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of (UGX 300,000) Uganda Shillings Three Hundred Thousand or its equivalent in United States Dollars. The method of payment will be; either cash, to our Cash Officer at Room No.5, 1st Floor, URC Headquarters Building, Nasser Road, Kampala or directly to UGX or USD Account in CITI BANK UGANDA LTD, Account No. (This information shall be obtained from the office of Procurement and Disposal Unit). The soft copy of the bidding document shall be sent to the prospective bidders on the official address provided by the bidder or the document will be delivered by hand to the address in paragraph 4 above. Evidence of Payment will be sent to the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address indicated in paragraph 4 above for issuance of the bidding document. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address in paragraph 9 below on or before 11:00 a.m. East African local time. on the 09 July 2025. Electronic Bidding will NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 11:30 a.m. East African local time. on 09 July 2025. 7.
