This Group Purchase Concerns The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For Carrying Out Various Electricity Works, For The Term Of 48 Months, At The Boards Spread Over The Operating Area Of Iok And That Are Members Of The Inter -Municipal Purchase Service Of Iok (See Appendix C). It Is A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement Without Any Purchase Obligation. Consequently, Notwithstanding The Award And Closing Of The Framework Agreement By The Contracting Authority Iok On The Basis Of The Present Cutlery, The Aforementioned Boards Are Free To Order Elsewhere During The Duration Of The Contract Or Not To Place An Order. The Contractor Cannot Demand Compensation For This.
