The System Should Be Based On Cloud Computing To Ensure Accessibility, Scalability And Data Security. -The Contracted Company Should Offer Continuous Technical Support To Ensure Proper Operation Of The Software. -Periodic System Updates Will Be Performed To Ensure Its Efficiency And Safety. -The Contractor Should Provide Initial On -Site And Continuous Training For Users Of The Health Department To Ensure The Correct Use And Maximum Use Of Software Features. Training Should Be Adapted To Different Areas And Levels Of Use Of The System By Secretariat Employees. Initial Training Must Necessarily Be Face -To -Face, And After Implementation Is Performed Online. -Caso Is Requested A New Technical Visit To Train New Employees, It Should Occur Within 2 (Two) Business Days At No Cost To The Municipality.
