Request for proposals for Transportation Service with a Vehicle for GGGI Cambodia (2025-2026). Date documents can be requested until: 11 July 2025 15:00 GGGI Cambodia is requesting a quotation for transportation services (vehicle with driver) for the period 15 August 2025 to 14 August 2026. Qualified bidders are invited to submit a quotation for transportation services as following instructions: 1. The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) hereby requests you to submit a quotation for the service posted in GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). a) Scope of Service b) Priced Activity Schedule form c) Requirements and Qualification Criteria d) Others (if applicable) To assist in the preparation of your price quotation, the necessary information, scope of services, person months and experts, form for submitting the quotation and a draft contract form are enclosed. 2. You must submit your quotation including the necessary documents mentioned in paragraph 3 electronically via GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal. Otherwise, you will not be considered further. 3. The documents to be submitted is as below: a) Business Registration Certificate b) Mandatory Disclosure Form c) Mandatory Certifications Form d) Availability of Financial Resources Form e) Personal Data Consent Form f) Clients certificate of completion as evidence of experience in the subject area at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the scope included in this Request for Quotation over the last three years g) Firms Profile including: List of cars (model, year, severity of any accidents) registered in the name of the firm Documentation of overtime for drivers overtime work Details of Vehicle for GGGI Rental including; o Vehicle registration o Vehicle Inspection certificate o Insurance coverage for the car 2 or 3 Drivers brief CV or Profile including; o Valid license o Safety training provided or certification Bidders Repair and Maintenance contracts if any h) Priced Activity Schedule (Table in Annex B below) i) Financial Statements for the past two years in English 4. In evaluating the quotations, GGGI will adjust for any arithmetical errors as follows: a) where there is a discrepancy between the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule or the quoted amount indicated in the quotation, the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule shall govern; b) where is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line-item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by the quantity, the unit rate as quoted will govern; and c) if you refuse to accept the correction, your quotation will be rejected. 5. Your quotation shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of your quotation(s) specified in GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal. 6. Your quotation should be written in ENGLISH. 7. For the whole services should be based on the Priced Activity Schedule. For a unit price contract, should be based on the Annex B and Unit rates indicated in the quotation. 8. Currency of quoted prices and payment shall be United States Dollars. The quotation shall include all duties, local taxes and other levies payable by the contractor. 9. GGGI will evaluate and compare only the quotations determined to be substantially responsive. A quotation is not substantially responsive if it contains material deviations or reservations to the terms, conditions, and specifications in this Request for Quotation, and it will not be considered further. 10. The bidder whose quotation has been accepted will be notified of the award of contract via GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal within the bid validity period. 11. GGGI will award the contract to the Contractor whose quotation has been determined to be substantially (technically) responsive to this Request for Quotation and who has offered the lowest evaluated price quotation. 12. The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions of the contract posted in website. 13. If you withdraw your quotation during the validity period and/or refuse to accept the award of a contract when and if awarded, then you will be excluded from the list of suppliers for the project for two years. 14. Further information can be obtained via GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). 15. Under GGGIs Anticorruption Policy and Procurement Rules, bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. GGGI will reject a proposal for award, and will impose sanctions on parties involved, if it determines that the bidder recommended for award or any other party, has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract. At the time of submission of your quotation or contract signature, you must not be in UNs sanctions list (https://www.un.org/sc/suborg/en/sanctions/un-sc-consolidated-list) or have been debarred for a period exceeding one year or for an indefinite period by any Multilateral Development Bank (MDB), including the African Development Bank Group, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank or the World Bank Group.
