Tenders are invited for Provision of Satellite Communications & Tracking System Rental Services. Issue Date: 22/05/2025 16:00 Bid Closing Date: 02/07/2025 14:00 Scope of Work 1.Provision of seven (7) Satellite phone stations each including a) Satellite Phone b) Desktop Station (Including Cable & External Antenna) c) DPL handset d) SIM card with 1,440 global minutes per year. 2.Provision of seven (7) Bgan Satellite Modem Stations, each including a) Laptop (i5 CPU; 8GB RAM; 256GB HDD) b) SIM Card with Airtime c) Outdoor External Antenna d) Telephone Handset for Satellite Transceiver 3. Three vehicle mountable antennas for Bgan units 4.Provision of thirty-five (35) Tracking Devices, each including a) SOS Alarm Notification b) Minimum of Four (4) Quick Dial Button / Functionality c) All devices should report to a software-mapping platform 5.Each of the satellite phone and BGAN systems shall be installed in the following locations: a) Security Control Centre b) CPF-1 Security Office c) CPF-2 Security Office d) CPF-3 Security Office e) Main Building I, Emergency Safe Room f) Main Building II, Emergency Safe Room g) OCC, Emergency Safe Room 6.The 35 Tracking devices shall be issued to Drilling and Workover Rigs, Rigless Operation Teams and remote field workers / locations and VIP movements, as required.
