Tenders are invited for Provision of Renewal of Enterprise Software and Daily IT Software License Subscription and Support 2025. Issue Date: 12/06/2025 14:00 Bid Closing Date: 23/07/2025 14:00 The scope of this contract will cover the provision and renewal of following software licenses/subscriptions as per the following: a. Provision of Microsoft software o The acquisition of MS Windows Server 2025, SQL Server 2022 that is required for upgrading the outdated Microsoft Software such as (SCCM) the configuration manager for remote control and patch management. o License for MS Teams will be expiring in Q1 2026 and it will be renewed with 1 Year Subscription. b. Renewal of daily use IT Software The following IT daily use software licenses are required to be renewed for 2 or 3-year to keep IT operation continuity since the current license will be expired on 2nd half of Year 2025 and Q1 of Year 2026 such as: o Zoom Meetings. o PaperCut for the print management system. o Kaspersky for identify, analyze and detection of threats. c. Renewal of IT Enterprise Software The following IT enterprise software licenses are required to be renewed for 2 or 3-year since the current license will be expired on 2nd half of Year 2025 and Q1 of Year 2026 such as: o Barracuda Email Security gateway. o Web application firewall. o ManageEngine software for IT infrastructure monitoring. o Veritas NBU backup software for SAP applications. o NSFocus Vulnerability on IT applications. d. Renewal of Broadcom VMWare software o Renewal of Broadcom VMware virtualization Solution which hosts our business applications with 2-year subscription since the current license will be expired on 2nd half of year 2025. o The acquisition for Broadcom VMware License used for the VDI Solution with 2 years new subscription. e. Renewal of documents management system and e-Form o Renewal of Document Management system software with 2-year subscriptions since the current license will be expired on 2nd half of Year 2025.
