Tenders are invited for Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of CPF2 Utility System Upgrade. Issue Date: 12/06/2025 08:00 Bid Closing Date: 10/08/2025 14:00 The scope of work to be performed by the CONTRACTOR is for PROVISION OF Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning FOR CPF2 UTILITY SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT INCLUDES 1. CPF2 Fresh Water System Modification; 2. CPF2 Oily Water Transfer Facilities; 3. 20 Crude Oil Header Replacement; 4. CPF2 Power Plant Fuel Gas System Upgrade includes New Wet Gas Line from CPF1(GPP inside) to CPF2 PP and HP fuel gas connection line between CPF2 PP expansion (5X30MW) inlet to CPF2 PP (3x10MW); and 5. CPF1-HPS 33kv Backup Cable Installation. The project envisages to Engineering, procurements, construction and commissioning (EPCC) scope of work to be performed by the CONTRACTOR. The scope of work for this project mainly including but not limited to addition process, utility facilities, civil and structure, architecture, HVAC system, piping, power supply & distribution, instrumentation, material selection, structure, anti-corrosion and cathodic protection and plot plan.
