Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Surgical Theatre Equipment COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The tender documents are to be collected from the office of Director of Procurement Department on payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of N10,000.00 per Lot paid into the FMC, Owo Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. The Hospitals receipt and photocopy should be attached to the Tender Documents. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS The tenderer shall enclose two hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical bid or Financial bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Owo The Lot number and the title of the project should be written at the top-left corner of the envelope and should bear the name of the tendering contractor on the reverse side of the envelope. The completed and sealed tender documents should be deposited in the Tenders Box in the office of the Medical Director FMC, Owo not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 21st July, 2025. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 21st July, 2025 at the Hospitals New Board Room, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
