Tenders are invited for Quantitative Data Collection for Intergenerational Perspectives on Social Contract Study in Lebanon Closing Date: Wednesday, 09. Jul 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Conflict Resolution Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 7 weeks Berghof Foundation, in collaboration with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), is implementing a research project titled Intergenerational Perspectives for a Renewed Social Contract in Lebanon. The study aims to understand how different generations in Lebanon perceive the role of the state, governance, and legitimacy in the context of the countrys ongoing crises. As part of this project, Berghof is commissioning a qualified surveying firm to carry out a large-scale nationwide quantitative survey targeting 1,600 respondents across four age groups and eight governorates. The survey tool will be developed by Berghof and its partners, and the selected firm will be responsible for translating, digitizing, piloting, and implementing the tool using face-to-face interviews. The assignment includes training a gender-balanced team of enumerators, ensuring ethical standards, and delivering cleaned, anonymized datasets along with a technical report. Firms with proven experience in conducting complex fieldwork, managing digital data collection platforms (e.g., KoboToolbox), and working with diverse demographic groups in Lebanon are encouraged to apply.
