It Is Ctr’S Intent That The Replacement Is Completed As Soon As Possible.The Design Intent For The Work Is To Provide A New Singly-Ply Roof System, Including All Flashings And Accessories, To Achieve The Following:1) Improve Drainage Conditions.2) Improve Thermal Efficiency.3) Remain Watertight Including Flashing And Penetrations.4) Remain Intact For All Wind Events Less Than The 1:50 Interval Published By The National Building Code Of Canada.
