The Consultant For The Project Is To Provide A Complete Set Of Construction Documents For Fort Station - Skills Center Project. This Will Consist Of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Construction Documents And Construction Administration Services Required. Issued For Review Packages (50% And 75%) Are Required As Per The Project Schedule;.3 Provide A Class D Estimate Or Pre-Tender Estimate +/- 20% Submission;.4 Detailed Design. Issued For Tender (Ift) Package Is Required Within Two (2) Weeks After Owner’S Comments Are Received On The Issued For Review (75%) Package.
