The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Sanitary Rooms Located On The First Floor Of The Building, Including: A) Demolition Works, B) Finishing Works, C) Renovation Of The Sewage And Water System, D) Renovation Of The Electrical Installation, E) Renovation Of The Central Heating Installation, F) Flood Renovation. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In:- Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Scheme And Bill Of Quantities (Annex 2.1 To Swz),- Draft Contract (Annex 7 To Swz). The Mode Of Works Is Only An Auxiliary Material And Does Not Constitute A Closed Catalog Of Works Necessary To Perform As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
