1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Security Of The Evangelical-Augsburg Church In Stawiszyn At Ul. Garbarska 2 By Demolishing The Stone Needle And The Tower Security After The Demolition. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others:- Before Starting Demolition, Developing A Technical Expertise Containing An Inventory Of Dismantled Elements Of A Part Of The Historic Building. The Roof Protecting The Church Tower Against Atmospheric Precipitation Along With Sheet Metal Processes,- Reproduction Of The Roof Protecting The Pavement Zone Along The Front Facade Of The Church- Piercing And Rolling The Walls Of The Tower, 3. In Connection With The Conduct Of Works At An Undressed Facility, For The Period Of Their Conduct, The Contractor Should Ensure Safe, Temporary Separation Of The Works Zone. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To:- Execution Of The Demolition Project Together With The Bioz Plan And Submission To The Approval By The Investor Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Party,- The Implementation Of The Project Of Changing The Traffic Organization And Its Agreement With The Area Manager, I.E. The Mayor Of Stawiszyn,- Notifications, Before The Date Of Commencement Of Work, Owners And Users Of Adjacent Real Estate, In Consultation With The Mayor Of Stawiszyn The Work Of A Team Conducting Demolition Works,- Demolition Of Spire In Accordance With The Approved Project,- Execution Of The Remaining Scope Of Works In Accordance With The Order,- Submitting Materials From Demolition On The Property In The Property In The Place Indicated By The Supervision Inspector, Prohibition To Remove Any Materials And Things From The Property,- Ordering The Area After The End Of The Work. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Attachments To Swz: 1) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) Bill Of Quantities - Attached Only By Auxiliary. (Note: In These Proceedings A Flat -Rate Nature Of The Remuneration Has Been Adopted, The Contracting Authority Shall Auxiliary The Bill Of Quantities As An Attachment To Swz). 6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Preparatory, Order Works, Development Of The Construction Site, Maintaining The Construction Facilities, Drawing Up Bioz Plans, Traffic Lane And Pavement Classes, Paying Fees For Seizing The Road Lane And Pavement, Restoration Orders. 7. The Works Will Be Carried Out At Buildings Inhabited And Used By Tenants. 8.
