Mickiewicza 65 In Gliwice And • Primary School No. 10 With Integration Departments At Ul. Ligonia 36 In Gliwice Szczecin. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 2.1 To Swz-Price Formal, Together With The Requirements For Food (Quality Requirements For Individual Elements Of Objection). Removal For The Implementation Of The Task. Consumption And Products That Meet The Quality Requirements Indicated In Annex 2.1.2. Food Products Provided By The Contractor Must Be Marked With Information About The Value Of The Consumption And Allergenic Ingredients And The Visible Date Of The Shelf Life For Consumption. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Food Products To The Abovementioned Departments With Their Own Transport, The Cost And Risk, While Maintaining The Appropriate Sanitary Regimes Required For Food Transport In Accordance With The Resort Of 25 August 2006. On The Safety Of Food And Nutrition (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Other Applicable Law In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract.
