The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works Resulting From Other Work With Activities In The Field Of Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Sports Cloakroom On The Pitch In Niemil. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Development Of Project Documentation, 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority A Building Permit, 3) Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Arising From The Draft Documentation Approved By The Contracting Authority And The Applicable Legal Documentation And Applicable Law, 4) To Which The Building Supervision Authority Did Not Object By Decision). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program By The Office Hu: Bu Architekci Tomasz Kwaśniewski Jarosław Ciurko Sp. J., Pl. Piłsudskiego 1/1U/A, 55-200 Oława From April 2025, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.5. As Part Of The Development Of Project Documentation, The Contractor Will Prepare All Necessary Output Materials, Obtain All Agreements Required By Law, Opinions, Administrative Decisions, Technical Conditions And Permits Necessary To End The Entire Scope Of Works. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure By The Authorized Designer Authors Supervision Over The Prepared Construction Project During The Implementation Of The Task Covered By The Abovementioned Documentation. 7. Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And The Rules Regarding Payment Can Be Found In The Template Of The Contract Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Pop. The Contract Template Is Annex 4 To Swz.8. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Swz Content. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of Swz. Thus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Price Offered In Accordance With The Price Calculation Presented In Annex 1 To Swz - Offer Form. 9. The Order Is To Be Carried Out With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract At The Stage Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.
