3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation By The Contractor Of Construction Works In The Field Of Demolition And The Transfer Of Elements From The Demolition Of The Shelter To Plot 1396, Currently On Part Of The Plot With Evident Number 2118 At Ul. Klasztorna In Tykocin At The Water Treatment Plant In Tykocin. The Shelter Has A Steel Structure And Is Covered With A Gable Roof Covered With Sheet Metal. 3.2. The Contracting Authority Indicates That Although The Project Attached To This Documentation Also Includes The Demolition Of The Outbuilding, The Contractor Should Only Use The Part Regarding The Task In Question, I.E. Regarding The Demolition Of The Shelter. 3.3. The Contractor Will Provide Geodetic Service In The Removal Of The Liquidated Object From The Building Records In The Relevant Local Office And Provides The Ordering Party: A List Of Land Changes, An Excerpt From The Building File And A Copy Of The Cadastral Map, Certified By The Poviat Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation. 3.4. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 418, As Amended) (Hereinafter The Construction Law). 3.5.
