The Maximum Number Of Meals To Implement During The Contract 20 537 And After Completing This Amount Of Meals The Contract Expires. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Implement The Maximum Number Of Meals And Is Not Entitled To A Financial Claim In This Respect. 4. The Minimum Number Of Meals During The Contract Is 8,768 Meals. 5. If The Employer Considers During The Contract That The Maximum Number Of Meals May Be Greater Than Forecast, They Will Be Circumstances To Exercise The Right Of Options. The List With Cards Will Be Transmitted Via An Electronic Epuap Box Or Coded Email. 8. The Issuing Of A Meal Is Based On A Document With A Photo Only To Authorized Persons And Always Confirmed By The Signature Of That Person. 9. Each Time After Issuing Meals In The Absence Of An Authorized Person, The Contractor Enters The Absent At The Signature Site .10. In The Case Of Granting Meals During The Month, The Employer Will Submit A Notification At Least 1 Business Day Before The Date Of The First Meal In Electronic Form Together With An Individual Presence Card. 11. If The Decision Entitling To Use Meals Is Repealed, The Employer Shall Provide The Contractor With A Written Information On Suspension Of Issuing A Meal For The Indicated Person Not Late Than By 9.00 On The Day Of Release Of Meals In Electronic Form. 12. Meals Will Be Issued Every Day Without Interruption Throughout The Year, From 11:00 To 16:00 And On Saturdays And Sundays From 11:00 To 14:00.
