The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Land Development Projects On Maps For Design Purposes, Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture In Areas Administered By The Mokotów Department Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw. The Detailed Determination Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Chapter Vi Swz. The Reliability Referred To In Point 5.1. Swz, Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Arising From The Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Chapter Iii Of Swz. The Extent Of The Contractors Duties Is Included In § 1 Of The Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Chapter Iii Of Swz. The Contractor Must Grant A Definite Period Of Time In The Offer Form, However, Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Work.
