1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Following Attachments To Swz: A) Annex No. 1-Multi-Branch Execution Project Of The Replacement Of The Headquarters N7-W7, B) Annex 2-Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works For The Project To Replace The Air Conditioning Control Panel N7-W7, C) Annex No. 3-Offer Cost Estimates, D) Card Of Functional Parameters Of The Air Conditioning Headquarters N7-W7, E) Annex 5-Permissible Dates And Duration Of Breaks In The Functioning Of The Air Conditioning Installation Serving The Redules At The Grand Theater. By Every Contractor Who Makes Its Offer Is An Obligatory Condition For Participation In The Procedure. The Contractors Offer, Which Will Not Take Place, Will Be Rejected - In Accordance With Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of Pzp.4) The Term Local Vision Requires Notification And Agreement With The Employer. Contractors Who Want To Take Part In A Local Vision Are Obliged To Send An Application In This Matter Using An Electronic Means Of Communication, Indicated In Point 10.1.1 Swz.5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee Of Quality - The Contracting Authority Requires That The Warranty Period Will Be From 24 Months To A Maximum Of 60 Months. 6) The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Contract Is One Purchasing Category And Because Of The Subject Identity In No Way Makes It Difficult For Small And Medium -Sized Entrepreneurs To Submit An Offer. In Addition, The Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Be Associated With Excessive Technical Difficulties, I.E. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order And Could Threaten Its Proper Performance.
