The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A) Dismantling Of Mechanical Ventilation, B) Dismantling Of The Concealed Electrical Installation And Accessories, C) Dismantling Of Devices Located In Hydrophore (Pom. - 1.9), D) Effect Of Existing Plasters From The Ceiling Surface (100%) And Walls (15%), E). Drainage Installation, G) Execution In The Room Hydrophore Ceramic Floor With Heavy -Type Moisture Insulation, H) Cleaning And Supplementing The Surfaces Of Walls And Ceilings, I) Fumigation And Desalination Of The Surface Of The Walls And Ceilings, J) Performing Horizontal Antivulbal Insulation Of Walls In The Form Of Crystalline Injection (Fig. Ar2 A), Coffee Concealed Electrical Installation And Installation Of Lighting Fittings From Earlier Disassembly (Binding Of The Contracting Authority), M) Installation Of Hydrophore Devices From Earlier Disassembly (Ordering Equipment), N) Making Plasters Of Renovation Walls And Ceilings, O) With Walls With Ceramic Tiles With An Area 5.0 M2, P) Painting The Surface Of The Walls And Ceilings With Diffusion Paint, Q) Mechanical Cleaning After Completed Renovation Works Of Ceramic Floor. Place And Manner Of Implementation Of Construction Works: A) Place Of Implementation Of Construction Works: Building Of The High School A. Grottger In Grybów, Ul. Kościuszki 18, 33-330 Grybów, Nowy Sącz Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Plots Of Records No. 678, 679/2). The Building In Which Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Is An Active Object Used For Its Intended Purpose. The Statutory Activity Of The Facility Will Not Be Suspended During The Contract, During The Holiday Season, No Lesson Will Be Conducted At School. B) The Method Of Carrying Out Construction Works: • The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In A Manner Ensuring Undisturbed Use Of The Facility And Maintain The Safety Of Persons In These Works; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free And Safe Access To The Building And To Areas Around The Building (Pavements, Parking, Parking)) Not Covered By The Investment, • The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Place Of Work Performed And Secure It Against Access By Unauthorized Persons; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Ongoing Cleanliness In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Work Performed; • The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Debris And Unnecessary Materials On A Regular Basis; During The Schools Business Hours, It Will Provide The User With Constant Access To Water, Electricity Sewage And Heat. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And In The Project Documentation / Also Called Technical Documentation / In The Scope Covered By These Proceedings. 4. The Material Scope Of Construction Works Was Specified In Detail Using The Design Documentation, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Multi-Branch Construction, Including: A) Construction Project In The Architectural Industry-Variant
