The Subject Of This Order Is: Delivery Of Mineral Water For The Warsaw University Of Technology In Płock. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out On Business Days (From Monday To Friday) From From 8:00 To 13:00, By Their Own Transport And At Their Own Expense The Contractor Within A Period Not Exceeding 7 Business Days From The Date Of Order Placed Electronically (E-Mail). Each Delivery Will Be Confirmed By The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. All Products Should Be In The Original Packaging, And The Packaging On The Day Of Delivery Cannot Be Damaged. Together With The Goods, The Contractor Will Provide The Invoice And A Reception Protocol Each Time, Which Will Be In Line With The Amount Of Mineral Water Supplied. A Detailed Determination Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Chapter Iii Of Swz, Containing The Price Form.
