Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Monitoring And External Lighting And Retrofitting With New Playground Devices In The Jarej Krężnica

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Monitoring And External Lighting And Retrofitting With New Playground Devices In The Jarej Krężnica. The Subject Of The Contract Concerns The Construction Of External Lighting Installation And Video Supervision Installation Of The Playground And Renovation Along With The Reconstruction Of The Existing Playground. 3. The Contractor Has In The Scope Of Dismantling About The Utilization Of The Current Playground, However, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Leave The Devices Suitable For Re -Use. 4. The Contractor At His Own Expense Is To Set Up A Sub -Meter For The New Lighting And Video Supervision Installation Behind The Main Counter. 5. The Order Should Be Completed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex 12 To Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz And The Contract (Annex 10 To Swz). 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.7. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) Together With Executive Provisions, Standards And Instructions For Manufacturers Of Devices And Materials Used, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art. 8. The Materials Supplied And Used By The Contractor Should Meet As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Application In Construction, As Defined In Art. 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended). 9. Performing The Subject Of The Contract And Commissioning Must Also Be In Line With All Legal Acts Competent For The Subject Of The Contract, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
