The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1 134 At Km 0+÷ 0+590.30 In Padew National, Part Of The Investment Related To The Construction And Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian Route Will Be Implemented Under The Project Construction And Reconstruction Of The Road For Pedestrians In Padew National-Mielec Poviat No. Fepk.04.03-Iz.00-0007/24, Elected For Funding Under The Regional Program Under The Regional Program Fep 2021-2027-Priority Fepk.04, Operation Fepk.04.03 Sustainable Non-Urban Transport, Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie For 2021-2027. The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1 134 Includes, Among Others: Reconstruction Of The Road Surface And Pavements. Reconstruction Of The Road Structure, Construction And Reconstruction Of The Road Surface For Pedestrians, Construction Of A Cobblestones Band, Reconstruction Of Existing Conventions And Dehydration. The Beginning Of The Designed Section Of The Above Road Is Located At The Intersection With Provincial Road No. 985, And Ends At 0+590.30 Km. The End Of The Development Of The Road Reconstruction Was Related To A Separate Study At 0+590.30 Km (A Separate Study Concerns The Reconstruction Of The Lk25 Railway Crossing). Construction Works Carried Out Near The Railway Area Should Be Coordinated With The Project Entitled : Work On Railway Lines No. 25, 74, 78 On The Section Stalowa Wola - Tarnobrzeg/Sandomierz - Ocice/Padew Implemented By Pkp Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Investment Implementation Center Of The Southern Region And Conduct In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Letter, The Sign: Iz07in.2133.257.2024.Kb.6 Of 19.12.2024. And By Decision: Ab.670.106.2024.Af Of 14.01.2025 The Subject Of The Contract Includes Adaptation Of The Infrastructure, Providing Adequate Ramps, Benign Curbs And The Surface That Facilitates Movement In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People In Accordance With The Guidelines - Availability Standards For Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. In The Project, The Project Should Take Actions Directed At: Rational Resource Management, Restriction Of Pressure On The Environment, Including Environmental Effects In Management With Raising The Ecological Awareness Of The Inhabitants. In Order To Limit Pressure On The Natural Environment At The Investment (Construction) Stage, It Should Predict Actions Consisting In: Securing The Construction Site And Conducting Works In Accordance With The Technical Knowledge, Ongoing Removal Of Pollution Caused By Means Of Transport, Marking Transport Paths And Their Periodic Spraying In Conditions Of Maintaining Closing Weather To Minimize Dusting. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out All Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Provisions Indicating The Protection Of The Natural Environment. As Part Of The Work, Only High -Performance Machines And Materials Will Apply, Characterized By High Parameteric Indicators, Necessary Certificates And Approvals
