1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Comprehensive Removal Service Covering The Transfer Of Property And Equipment For The Organizational Cells Of The Chemical Faculty Of The Lodz University Of Technology, I.E.:) Of The Institute Of General And Ecological Chemistry, B) The Institute Of Organic Chemistry, C) The Inter -Faculty Institute Of Radiation Technology, D) Department Of Molecular Physics, 1.2. Transmitted Property And Equipment Are, Among Others, Laboratory, Chemical Reagents, Laboratory Equipment, Documentation, It Equipment, Single Office Furniture Pieces And Other Equipment Described In Detail In Annex 1 To This Opz. 1.3. Information On Transferred Property And Equipment: A) Documentation, Books And Other Paper Studies Located In Wardrobes And Desks Intended For Transfer, Is Not Packed. The Contractor, Packing The Property, Must Include Information About The Current Location On Each Packed Package/Carton - The Name Of The Organizational Unit, Room Number, Target Location - The Name Of The Organizational Unit And Room Number. Packing And Unpacking Of Property Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Contracting Representative. The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Precisely Determine The Quantities And Formats Of Property To Be Transferred. B) Laboratory Glass, Chemical Reagents And Laboratory Equipment Located In Wardrobes Intended For Transfer, Are Not Packed. The Contractor, Packing The Property, Must Include Information About The Current Location On Each Packed Package/Carton - The Name Of The Organizational Unit, Room Number, Target Location - The Name Of The Organizational Unit And Room Number. Packing And Unpacking Of Property Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Contracting Representative. The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Precisely Determine The Amount Of Property To Transfer. Target Location - The Name Of The Organizational Unit And Room Number. D) Other Equipment - Household Appliances, Individual Office Furniture Pieces, Small Devices And Other Items Included In The Organizational Units Of The Chemical Faculty. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transfer Of Temperic Stove Weighing Ca 600 Kg. Transfer Requires The Demolition Of A Fragment Of The Wall To Pull Out The Oven, And Remove Door Frames In The Door (Without Restoring Door Frames To Its Original State). 2. Method Of Implementation Of The Contract1) Under A Comprehensive Removal Service, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: A) Emptying Shelves And Wardrobes, B) Packing Property From The Whole Room And Placing Information About The Location, C) Loading Into The Middle Of Transport And Transporting/Transferring Property To The Target Locations, D) Transport To The Destination, E) Unloading The Transferred Property With It, F) Professional Protection Of Transmitted Property And Equipment During Transport In Such A Way That It Does Not Be Damaged, Destroyed, Loss Or Acquisition, Protection
