1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services By The Contractor: 1.1. Technical Assistance And Maintenance Of Devices And Software Owned By The Ordering Party, Whose List Is Annex 1 To Opz (Hereinafter: Atik). The Scope Of Work Carried Out By The Contractor Will Include In Particular The Implementation Of Services Related To: 1.1.1. Removing Detected Defects, In Particular Support In Removing And Removing Failures, Excluding Service Repairs Of Devices; 1.1.2. Providing Temporary Solutions / Bypass For Failures That Cannot Be Solved Within The Time Limit Specified In Sla; 1.1.3. The Implementation Of Work Related To Uploading Corrections And New Versions Of Internal Software Of Devices At The Headquarters Of The Employer Together With Testing And Adjusting The Configuration Of Devices Ensuring The Proper Operation Of All Used Functionalities; 1.1.4. Implementation Of Periodic Works Under Atik, Referred To In Point 6 Opz.1.1.5. Supporting The Ordering Party In Analyzing, Identifying And Servicing Incidents As The Third Support Line; 1.1.6. Supporting The Ordering Party In The Current Analyzes, Performing Reports And Preparing Statistics; 1.1.7. Making Periodic Configuration Analyzes And The Use Of Devices, Preparing Analyzes, Reports, Statistics, Guidelines, Taking Remedies In The Scope Of Configuration Optimization And Identifying Incidents; 1.1.8. Providing Support To The Employer In The Field Of Service Entries Implemented As Part Of The Device Manufacturers Warranty; 1.1.9. Providing Support To The Ordering Party In The Field Of Contacts With Other Entities Or Institutions; 1.1.10. Providing Written And Telephone Consultations Reported By The Ordering Party, Including In Matters Related To The Current Operation Of Devices, Technical Consulting And In The Field Of Topics Concerning Changes And Development Of The Contracting Authority Infrastructure. 1.2. Works Commissioned Under A Maximum Limit Of 300 Man -Hours. Details Of The Commissioned Work Include Point 7 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). These Works Will Be Commissioned Under The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Pzp Act (Hereinafter As The Option). 4.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And In Annex 2 To Swz (Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Will Be Introduced To The Content Of The Public Procurement Contract Hereinafter As Ppu).
