Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Dog Catwalk In The Area Between Os. Centrum E A Bishop Padniewski, For The City Green Board In Krakow. 1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.2 The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Involving The Construction Of A Paddock For Dogs In The Area Between Os. Centrum E A Bishop Padniewski, Located On Registration Plot No. 20/62, Precinct 48 New Huta Registration Unit. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Project Documentation And Opinions, Arrangements, Decision Of Pnb No. 869/6740.1/2023 Of 25.07.2023. Scripture Au-01-3.6740.1.146.2023.Agr And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Called Stwiorb In Short). 1.3 As Part Of The Order, The Basic Scope Should Be Made And Possibly The Scope Covered By The Option Of The Option, In Whole Or In Part, The Contracting Authority Entitled Waste, Information Board And Agility Track Devices. 1.5 In Terms Of Option, The Option 1 Order Includes The Construction Of A Catwalk Fence For Small Dogs, Construction Of Surfaces Under Benches And Access To The Shelter, Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture, Including Benches, Waste Baskets, Information Board, Wooden Shed And Agility Track Devices. 1.6 The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of The Option, In Whole Or In Part. 441 Of The Pzp Act, I.E. Increasing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Described In The Swz And The Contract Regarding The Options Concerns The Possibility Of Ordering Subsequent Construction Works. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Option Of The Option Applies To The Order Under The Completed Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor Of Subsequent Construction Works In Whole Or In Part. The Contracting Authority Makes It Possible To Exercise The Right Of Financial Capabilities That Allow Them To Be Made.
