The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Installation Of Two Ground Heat Pumps With A Power Of Min. 100 Kw In A Bivalent System, Used To Satisfy The Demand For Heat For Co And Dhw For The School Complex T. Kościuszki In Żarki At Ul. Myszkowska 50. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out In The Formula Design And Build For The Project Entitled Renewable Energy Sources In The Energy Cluster Of The Myszków Poviat And Includes In Particular The Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining Arrangements And Permits, Including Geological Research, Developing Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works And Construction Works, Wells, Connections With A Conventional Heat Source Along With The Supply And Assembly Of Two Ground Heat Pumps With A Power Of Min. 100 Kw Each And The Launch Of Devices And The Commissioning Of A Ready -To -Use Object Together With As -Built And Motor Documentation. 1.1.2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Development Of Project Documentation, 2) Stage 2 - Construction And Installation Works.1.1.3. Task Implemented As Part Of The Renewable Energy Sources In The Energy Cluster Of The Myszkowski Poviat, The Task: Purchase And Assembly Of Heat Pump Installations On Public Facilities Of The Myszków Poviat, Purchase And Assembly Of The Installation Of Thermal And Electrical Energy Warehouses Of The Myszków Poviat As Part Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing Resistance, Investment B2.2.2, Renewable Energy Installations Implemented By Energy Communities, Part B: Investment Support Of The Energy Community, Operation B.1: Demonstration Investment Projects Implemented By The Energy Communities. 1.1.5. Warranty And Warranty1.1.5.1. For The Assembly Works And Installed Devices, The Selected Contractor Will Grant The Contracting Authority A Guarantee And Warranty For The Period In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 5 Years, From The Date Of Receipt By The Contracting Authority Of Assembly Works And Signing The Final Protocol. 1.1.5.2.
