The Provision Of Postal Services Is Carried Out In Accordance With Generally Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A. By The Act Of 23 November 2012, Postal Law And Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis, B. Other Commonly Applicable Regulations, C. Regulations Of The Contractor. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Postal Items (Types And Estimated Quantities) Contains The Form That Is An Attachment To This Order. 3. List Of Ordered Services: Postal Parcels: A. Normal - Unregistered Shipments Not By Shipments Of The Fastest Category In Domestic Trade, B. Normal Priority - Unregistered With The Fastest Category In Domestic And Foreign Trade, C. Recommended - Registered Shipments Not By Shipments Of The Fastest Category In Domestic Trade (Including Parcels), D. Priority Registered - Registered Shipments Of The Fastest Category In Domestic And Foreign Trading (Including Packages), E. Recommended With Return Confirmation Of Receipt (Zpo) - Shipments Not By Shipments By The Fastest Category Adopted With Confirmation Of Posting And Served On The Receipt Of Receipt In Domestic Transactions (Including Parcels), F. The Facility Accepting Shipments And Notices Should Be Post Offices In Accordance With The Pocztowe Act. 4. The Facility Receiving Shipments And The Notice Facility Should Be Marked In A Visible Manner With The Name Or Logo Of The Contractor. Advisation Facilities At The Contractor Have Must Be Placed Throughout The Country - In Each Commune - A Minimum Of 1 Facility. 5.
