Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Industry Skills Center In Wałbrzych In The Field Of Mechatronics
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery (Transport And Unloading) And Assembly Of Furniture To The Indicated Rooms In The Building Of The Industry Skill Center Ul. Ogrodowa 2A In Wałbrzych, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz (And Annex 1 To The Draft Contract) B) The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver New Furniture New - Year Of Production 2024/2025 And Having All Necessary Approvals And Certificates For Use And Use In Rp.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform An Inventory Of Rooms Covered By The Scope Of The Contract (I.E. Rooms In Which Furniture Will Be Placed Ultimately). 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense, Unload It And Mount It In The Building Of The Building Of The Branch Skills Center Indicated By The Employer, As Well As Clean Up And Remove The Waste Resulting From Delivery.
