1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Equipment Of The Nutrition Laboratory Of The Agricultural School Complex. The Center For Continuing Education In Trzcianka.2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Factory New, Entirely Unused, Not Re -Extended, Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects, It Must Not Have Signs Of Use, And Have A Ce. 3 Marked. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) For Includes Annex A And Annex A.1. The Objective Notes That In All Places Of Swz And Attachments To Swz, In Which An Example, Exemplary Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Special Process Was Used, Which Is Characterized By Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Or If The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To The Norms, Technical Assessment, Technical Assessment, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 6 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Pzp, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Compared To The Proceedings Specified In Swz And Documentation, Indicating Such Indications Or References, Accordingly Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Complying All Technical And Functional Requirements. As Equivalent Solutions, Solutions Should Be Understood As Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required.
