Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Tribute Set, I.E. An Agricultural Tractor And A Tantering Car As Part Of The Project Improving Water And Sewage Management In The Wisznice Commune
The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tool Set, I.E. An Agricultural Tractor Along With A Compatible Tooling Car. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Training Of The Employers Personnel And The Service Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty. The Order Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations And Be Allowed To Move On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2328). The Subject Of The Contract Should Have Complete Documentation Necessary For Registration And Operation. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Should Be Factory New, Unregistered, Fully Functional And Not Used As A Demonstration Machine, Produced Not Earlier Than Before 2024. The Take -Off For The Offered Agricultural Tractor Together With The Slurry Wagon Must Be At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Also Includes Free Websites During The Warranty Period Necessary To Maintain It In The Warranty Period. The Tractor Will Include The Tractor And The Cart Will Take Place At The Contractors Own Cost To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Additional Information: A) The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Provided By All Documentation In Polish Including: User Manual, Approval Certificate, Guarantee Book, Declaration Of Compliance Or Certificate Of Compliance With Poland The Norm, B) The Goods Being The Subject Of Delivery Should Be Factory-New, Unused, Undamaged, Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties And Should Meet The Safety Standards, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Contracting Authority About The Delivery Date Of The Goods At The Latest 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery Date, D) It Will Provide Employees Of The Ordering Party (2 People) Training Aimed At Presenting The Principles Of Operation And The Possibility Of Using The Tractor And A Slurry Car In Practice. Training The Personnel Of The Ordering Party Is To Be Carried Out On The Day The Device Is Transferred, At The Contractors Expense, F) If The Tractor Or The Tribute Has Disadvantages Or Not Comply With The Contract, Or If There Is No Of The Required Documents Or If The Documents Do Not Contain The Required Content, The Contracting Authority Will Refuse To Receive The Subject Of The Contract And Set An Additional Date For Removing Defects Or Removing Deficiencies.
