Part 1 - Battery I (Zzlt) [1] The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electrical Materials, Batteries And Batteries Of Various Types. [2] The Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Or Selecting Parts Of The Proceedings. The Employer Allows You To Submit Partial Offers, With The Proviso That The Offer Must Include The Supply Of All Assortment Items As Part Of The Selected Task. The Offer Not Containing A Complete Valuation Of The Range Specified In The Selected Part Is Rejected. [3] A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (I.E. Qualitative Parameters, Functional Features And Other Requirements) Includes Annex 6 A To Swz. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. [4] If The Order Documents Are Indicated By A Brand, Manufacturer Or Proper Name, It Should Be Treated As An Example Product. The Contractor May Offer An Equivalent Product Compared To The Contracting Authority Indicated. Equivalent Products Must Have Technical Parameters Not Worse Than The Articles Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 6 A To Swz. [5] The Size Of The Packaging And The Amount Of Assortment Ordered Includes The Price Form - Annex 2 To Swz. [6] The Contractor Applying For The Award Of The Contract Enters In Its Offer (Column Offered Product In The Price Form - Annex 2 To Swz) The Exact Name Of The Goods, Which Undertakes To Deliver Under The Contract, I.E.: Name Used In Trade Trade (Manufacturer, Brand, Type, Model, Symbol, Catalog Number, Etc.) - The Above Information Should Be Written In Such A Way That He Could Undeniably Identify The Offered Assortment; # In The Case Of An Assortment With Nsn And P/N Numbers, The Employer Requires That The Contractor Indicate This Information In The Content Of The Offer. Submitting An Offer Without Indicating The Data Referred To Above Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer. [7] The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered In The Original, Unit Packaging Of The Manufacturer (If They Occur). [8] The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver A Full-Fledged Goods, Stored In Appropriate Conditions And Preserved By The Method Ensuring The Maintenance Of Its Properties And Technical And Undergoing Parameters During Storage And Transport. [9] The Equipment Supplied By The Contractor Must Be Brand New (It Cannot Be Equipment After Repair, Regeneration, Renovation, Etc.). Along With The Goods, The Contractor Will Provide Operational And Technical Documentation In Polish. [10] The Contractor, When Delivering The Subject Of The Contract In Part 1, 2, 4 And 5 (Item 2) Is Obliged To Attach The Characteristics Cards (Msds) In Polish. Failure To Provide The Characteristics Card Will Result In A Refusal To Accept The Goods. [11] The Subject Of The Contract Supplied, Including All Its Assembly Elements, Etc. (If They Occur) Should Be Properly Protected Against Losing Its Functional Values And Be Marked In A Way That A
