A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined In The Price Calculation, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.4. The Conditions Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.5. Mączna 3 Wtrocław; 2) A Minimum Of Two (2) Fuel Stations Within A 5 Km Radius From Daytime Aid Homes At Ul. Semaphore 5 In Wrocław; 3) Minimum One (1) Fuel Station Ensuring Refueling Adblue From The Distributor. The Stations Exit Will Constitute Annex 5 To The Contract. 7. Fuels Should Meet The Quality Requirements (Parameters) Of Generally Applicable Provisions. 8. Purchase Of B7 (On) Diesel And Unleaded Gasoline E10 (Pb95) For Power Generators And Equipment (Bearer Card) Will Be Implemented In Such A Way That The Driver After Filling In The Containers Designed For Fuel Transport, Each Time At The Country At The Country At The Gas Station He Will Receive A Document Confirming The Transactions Containing The Following Data: 1) Fuels; 2) Date And Time Of Fuel Spending; 3) Type And Amount Of Fuel Spent; 4) The Amount To Be Paid; 9. The Purchase Of Adblue Fluid From The Distributor Will Be Implemented In Such A Way That The Driver Will Always Receive A Document Confirming The Transaction Containing The Following Data In The Country, The Following Data: 1) The Gas Station Designation; 2) Date And Time Of Purchase; 3) The Amount Of The Adblee Liquid Purchased; 4) The Amount To Be Paid. 11. The Method Of Using The Fuel Card Will Be Determined By The Internal Regulations Of The Contractor, Which Will Constitute The Steering Party 4 To The Contract. 12. The Deadline For Issuing The Ordering Of Fuel Cards May Not Be Longer Than 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contracting Authority Of Written Applications For Issuing Cards, Subject To A Statement Of The Contractor Submitted In The Offer.
