1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Controlling The Documents Of The Transport Of Persons (Tickets) On Public Transport Buses In Accordance With Applicable Law Together With The Conduct Of Debt Collection And Enforcement Of Receivables Due To Imposed Additional And Transport Fees. 2. The Scope Of Services Includes, Among Others, A Control Of The Validity Of Transport Documents And Control Of The Use Of Hand Luggage Transport And Animals And Items In Public Public Transport Organized By The Ordering Party On Public Transport Lines Served By The Operator - Tesko Tatra Municipal Capital Group Sp. Z O.O.:A) In The Months: March, April, May, June, October, November, December - Minimum 40 Controls Per Month On Each Line. A Total Of 400 Inspections Per Month On All Lines (100 Inspections Per Week), Of Which 40% Of The Inspections Will Be Carried Out On Non -Working Days, B) In The Months: January, February, July, August, September - Minimum 60 Inspections Per Month On Each Line. A Total Of 600 Controls Per Month (150 Inspections Per Week), Of Which 40% Of The Inspections Will Be Carried Out On Non -Working Days; 2) Receiving Passengers From Passengers For Transport And Additional Fees; 3) Conducting Debt Collection And Enforcement Of Receivables For Additional Fees Imposed For Transport Services, Manipulation Fees And Other Fees For The Use Of Public Transport On The Principles Set Out In § 6 Of The Contract. Complaints, Appeals And Complaints Of Passengers Regarding Control Activities. 3. The Employer Reserves The Right To Periodically Indicate The Number Of Inspections On Individual Days Of The Week, On Saturdays And Sundays And The Hours At Which The Inspections Should Be Carried Out, As Well As The Possibility Of Increasing Or Reducing The Area Of Control By Indicating Subsequent Communication Lines Covered By The Control Services Or By Introducing A Ban On Conducting Controls On Individual Lines.
