The Service Will Mainly Be Performed During The Period October 1 Through April 30 Each Year. The Supplier Must Himself Provide Suitable Vehicles And Equipment Adapted To The Service And The Relevant Root, As Well As Have Sufficient And Qualified Personnel To Carry Out The Assignment. All Equipment And Crew Must Be Available During The Period The Service Applies. The Municipality Is Divided Into 15 Rods.
