The Purpose Of The Assignment Is To Get A Systematic Assessment Of The Most Likely Effects Of Changing The Rent Act On Rental Price Determination, As A Basis For Assessing Possible Legislative Changes. The Assessments Shall Be Based On The Majority Proposal From The Rent Law Committee To Allow Adjustment To Market Rent Every Three Years In Ongoing Rental Conditions. The Assessments Should Be Compared With The Current Situation (See Appendix 1 Point On The Background For A Description Of The Current Situation) And With A Situation Where The Rent Can Only Be Regulated With The Consumer Price Index In All Current Leases, Which Were The Minoritys Proposal In The Rents Law Committee. An Assessment Will Also Be Made Of The Consequences Of Adjustment To Market Rent Every Five Years. For Simplicity, The Contractor May Assume That Market Rent In This Context Is Defined In The Same Way As Section 4-1 Of The Current In The Rent Act. The Contractor Should Also Ensure That The Majority Proposed To Increase The Minimum Time For Timed Leases To Five Years. The Assignment Should Consider All Key Effects Of A Certain Size That May Have An Impact On The Legislators Decision To Change The Law At This Point. The Assessments Should, As A Minimum, Include The Following Consequences, Given Different Market Situations: • Probable Effect On Rental Price Level And On Offer In The Rental Market. • Probable Effect For Tenants, With Special Emphasis On The Consequence For Lavers With Low Income, Including Housing Support Recipients, Long -Term Leaders And Single Residents. • Possible Distribution Effects Between Different Groups Of Tenants, Ie How Costs And Benefit Effects Are Distributed Among These. In Their Analyzes, The Contractor Should Take Into Account That The Rental Market Is Unlike Structured And Develops Differently In Different Parts Of The Country And That Both Supply And Demand Are Very Heterogeneous. The Contractors Analyzes Should Build On The Rents Law Committees Assessments In Chapter 19 Of Nou 2024: 19. The Final Deadline For The Agreement Is 01.12.2025. The Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is 500,000 Excl. Vat.
